Barbara Matusiak
Barbara Matusiak is an expert, advisor, and trainer who has spent over a decade successfully shaping the cultural, NGO, and local government sectors through grant funding. She specializes in the strategic aspects of grant applications, from preparation and securing funding to final financial settlement, covering both national and European programs. Her track record includes success in the most demanding competitions: grant proposals she authored have secured first place on the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage’s ranking lists. Recently, she has successfully secured and settled over 10 projects under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO) for the cultural sector. In her workshops, she focuses on demystifying “bureaucratic jargon,” teaching participants how to translate bold artistic visions into the logical structures that consistently win the approval of grant evaluators.
